ParkSEIS© (PS) AUTO (v. 3.0) includes a fully-automated ("one click") process to generate the 1D or 2D velocity (Vs) profile.  It
incorporates up-to-date algorithms for active, passive, and active/passive MASW surveys to produce

•       shear-wave velocity (Vs) profiles (1-D, 2-D, and depth slice)
•        back scattering analysis (BSA) for anomaly detection
•        modeling MASW seismic records and dispersion curves

ParkSEIS© (PS) has been used to process data sets from hundreds of different sites and available for purchase
and lease. Visit

ParkSEIS (v. 3.0) AUTO - Release Announcement (January, 2018)

A new version of ParkSEIS is now available.  The most significant feature is the "AUTO" module which provides a fully automated
default sequence of MASW data analysis.  This means you can now generate shear-wave velocity (Vs) profiles (1D or 2D) with
one click after importing seismic data.  The traditional manual approach is still available with even more advanced options for
research and QA/QC purposes.

AUTO - Demonstration Video

The AUTO module has proven highly effective and reliable as tested in comparison to the results obtained from highly
experienced operators through the more conventional (manual) approach.  The AUTO feature can increase your data-analysis
productivity by a few orders of magnitude.  For instance, a seismic data set consisting of 500 records of 24-channel acquisition
(with acquisition geometry encoded) can generate a 2D shear-wave velocity (Vs) cross section in less than 30 minutes using
standard computing hardware, rendering the features best utilized for large-scale projects.
A seismic data can be scanned for
its suitability to AUTO process.  Conversely, AUTO results can be evaluated based on the scanning results.

More details about the AUTO feature are explained
here.  All other additions, updates, modifications, and bug fixes incorporated
in this version of ParkSEIS are explained

What is ParkSEIS© (PS)? - The Most Reliable Tool for MASW Analysis

ParkSEIS - Introduction Video

ParkSEIS© (PS) is the most comprehensive and updated tool for MASW data analysis designed to generate shear-
wave velocity (Vs) information in 1-D profile, 2-D cross section, and depth slices.  It can also perform Back
Scattering Analysis (BSA) of surface waves to detect near-surface anomalies such as voids, tunnels,
boulders, weak zones, etc.  MASW modeling is also included.  ParkSEIS© (PS) can process seismic data sets
from active, passive, and (active/passive) combined MASW surveys.  Visit the website for more information.

ParkSEIS© (PS) generates a shear-wave velocity (Vs) profile by analyzing fundamental-mode (M0) Rayleigh-type
seismic surface waves.  Although there has been a great deal of research and development in multi-mode
utilization, software that takes full advantage of multi-mode while efficiently handling all the associated
complications has not yet been developed.  This is because of the modal characteristics of surface waves that are
ultimately determined by the velocity (Vs) structure, the unknown that we attempt to know through MASW analysis.
Yet, the traditional approach of the fundamental-mode (M0) inversion provides an excellent outcome under most
common overburden/bedrock settings.  ParkSEIS© enables the user to utilize this most reliable approach.
ParkSEIS© (PS) for Shear-Wave Velocity (Vs) Profiling
ParkSEIS© (PS) generates shear-wave velocity (Vs) profiles through a few steps of data
analysis by using seismic data from MASW (and refraction) surveys.  It can generate

•        an average 1-D (depth) shear-wave velocity (Vs) profile from a small number of (for example, 3-10) field records,
•        a 2-D Vs cross section from many (for example, 10-1000) field records,
•        Vs profiles by using field records collected not only from MASW but also from refraction surveys, and
•        shear and Young's modulus cross sections from the analyzed Vs cross section.

ParkSEIS© (PS) has been rigorously tested by processing data sets from hundreds of different sites under Windows XP, Vista, 7,
and 8 operating systems with a minimum 1GB memory.  It is available for purchase and lease.  Visit www.parkseismic.com for more
